How this extract was prepared
This catalogue is derived from the Land Information worksheet. The preview selects only five fields: plot identifier, phase, revised area, revised land-use classification and local authority. Rows without a plot ID or usable revised area are omitted. Values remain a source-workbook snapshot; the site does not calculate or reconcile masterplan totals.
05 / CAVEATS & GOVERNANCE
Before using this data
The original workbook contains additional information such as lessee details, postal addresses, lease dates, land valuations and pricing. Those columns are not included here. The selected fields still require the data owner's permission before unrestricted online publication or distribution.
Repeated plot IDs may represent subdivisions or distinct source rows. Do not sum or deduplicate them without confirmation from the land data owner. This is not a live Power BI connection or a substitute for the master workbook.
